I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.

 

I'm a Trained Brainspotting Clinician, and currently working towards certification in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies. Both of these modalities have been shown to be effective for the treatment of trauma.

I draw from a variety of theories including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems to tailor to each individual client's needs.

I completed my Master's at Westminster Theological Seminary and have extensive experience supporting client's spiritual growth and development from a Christian perspective.
